P.B. Group Limited is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability. The Company acts as an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Group is principally engaged in bentonite mining and the production and sale of related products in the PRC, diversified financial services in Hong Kong, Greater Health, and property investment.

The Company's shares were listed on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited by way of placing on 29 December 2015 under stock code 8331 (then named Feishang Non-metal Materials Technology Limited, subsequently renamed P.B. Group Limited).

Expansion into Financial Services
On 5 November 2020, the Group completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of P.B. Group Limited, bringing Hong Kong financial services into the business, covering licensed insurance intermediary and MPF-related services, as well as credit businesses including personal and corporate lending.

Professional Manager and Corporate Management Advisory
On 22 June 2026, the Group announced that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary P.B. Strategic Management Limited, it will provide professional management and advisory services, in the capacity of an external management team, to corporate clients and individual business owners in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
