P.B. Charity Fund

The organisation was established in 2017, and in 2019 was notified by the Inland Revenue Department that it is exempt from all taxes levied under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Chapter 112).

Purposes of the Organisation

The purposes of the organisation are:

To provide relief for persons in poverty and for persons in need or otherwise deserving of assistance;

To promote education for sustainable development concerning resource conservation and environmental protection in Hong Kong, China and around the world;

To promote environmental protection education and raise public concern for and awareness of wildlife, marine and aquatic habitats, and the welfare of environmental quality, in Hong Kong, China and around the world;

To co-operate and co-ordinate with other organisations or bodies, for the purposes of the Company, in providing education, development, social and recreational facilities for children, adolescents, the elderly and the sick (irrespective of race, nationality or religion);

To promote and provide relief and disaster assistance, and all lawful action to reduce living and material poverty, and to benefit communities in Hong Kong, China and around the world;

Introduction to Services to Be Promoted

The following are the directions of service to be promoted (planned initiatives); they are not completed projects.

Student Funding and Care

Fund the tuition of impoverished primary and secondary students, and arrange annual visits, care and follow-up for the aided students and their families.

Employment Guidance for College Graduates

Invite college and university graduates to visit a number of enterprises in Hong Kong and the mainland, and provide employment guidance for college and university graduates.

Care Visits to the Elderly

Carry out visits to elderly people living alone or to nursing homes, and champion a positive ethos of respect for the elderly.

Youth Environmental Volunteers

Champion the protection of the Earth by organising a youth volunteer team that regularly clears litter left by passers-by in country parks and country areas.

Donation to the Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po

In December 2025, P.B. Charity Fund Limited donated HK$200,000 to the HKSAR Government’s “Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po” to assist residents affected by the fire and support related relief efforts.
